Host Checklist

Repeat the tasks on this checklist for each conversation instance, which consists of an asynchronous virtual interview followed by a synchronous plenary session.

Conversation Preparation

• Choose a conversation topic or use the Topic Selection process.

• Schedule the Zoom meeting. Do not send meeting invitations from Zoom.

• Work backward from the plenary session to determine the interview and enrollment deadlines.

• Create your interview script.

• Submit a new conversation. Be sure to enter all dates and times in Mountain Time.

Interview Creation

Once you receive a Recording Request email from the Coordinator:

• Record your interview questions.

• Notify the Coordinator when you are done.

Online Enrollment

The responsibility for sending invitations—the Host or Coordinator—will be assigned by the Host when creating a conversation.

• Send invitations.

Pre-Conversation

• Review the Interview Analysis email sent by the Coordinator.

• Finalize your agenda and key discussion points based on insights.

• Enable audio transcription in your Zoom account.

Conversation

• Record your Zoom meeting.
• Submit your meeting transcript.
