This page describes how the Coordinator adds and removes authorized Hosts.

Procedures

Add Host to Conversation Hosts Table

Role: Coordinator

• Add the Host's name, email, and organization to the Conversation Hosts Zapier Table.

• The Organization Code will be generated automatically.

Add Host as Zapier Interface User

Role: Coordinator

• Open the New Conversation Zapier Interface.

• Click Access & users.

• Click Manage.

• Select Add user.

• Add the Host's name and email precisely how they were added to the Conversation Hosts table.

• Click Add user.

Send New Host Welcome

Role: Coordinator

• Open the Conversation Hosts table.

• Click the Send Welcome Email button to trigger the Send New Host Welcome Email Zap.

Host Deletion

Rescind access to Zapier Interfaces and VideoAsk, but don't delete their record in the Conversation Hosts table.

Remove the Host from the Zapier Interface

Role: Coordinator

• Open the New Conversation interface.

• Click Access & users.

• Click Manage.

• Click the kebab menu next to the Host's name.

• Click Delete.

Remove the Host as a VideoAsk Team Member

Role: Coordinator

• Log in to VideoAsk.

• Click the Account & Org settings icon.

• Select Team.

• Click the Trash icon next to the Host's name.

Reset the Question Generator Password

Role: Coordinator

• If reset, send the updated password to the Interview Question Generator for all active Hosts.
• Update the password in the Gmail step of the Send New Host Welcome Email Zap.
