The enroll → interview → conversation process is designed so you get the most out of your small-group discussion.

📋 Conversation Checklist

Confirming your participation takes a few seconds. Completing your virtual interview takes a few minutes.

🔗 Enroll

• Click the enrollment link in the Invitation email.

• Submit the online enrollment form before the enrollment deadline.

🎤 Interview

• Note the meeting time and meeting link in the Enrollment Confirmation email.

• Click the interview link.

• Complete your virtual interview before the interview deadline.

• Review the Interviews Analysis before the meeting.

🗨️ Conversation

• Participate in the meeting at the time specified in the Enrollment Confirmation email.

• Review the Meeting Summary email after the meeting.

📩 Email Notifications

You'll receive one copy of each notification.

Email Notification	Comments
Invitation	The Host will send you an invitation to each conversation. RSVP by clicking the enrollment link in the invitation before the deadline.
Enrollment Confirmation	A confirmation email containing interview and meeting information will be sent immediately upon enrollment. Click the personalized interview link to complete your virtual (audio-only) interview before the deadline. You'll be placed on a waiting list if the conversation is over-subscribed or you miss the enrollment deadline.
Interviews Analysis	You'll receive a summary of all the participants' interviews. Review the summary before the conversation.
Meeting Summary	The Coordinator will distribute a meeting summary as soon as practical after the meeting.
