Email Notifications

This is a summary of the workflows that generate email notifications for the What Matters Now topic selection process.

Email notifications sent by the Coordinator use the [e-mail] address. If sent on behalf of the Host, notifications use the Host's email as the "reply to" address.

Brainstorming Notice

• Purpose: Notify Participants of the start of a What Matters Now brainstorming session.

• Trigger: The Coordinator clicks a Zap button within the What Matters Now Topics table.

• Action: The Send What Matters Now Brainstorming Notifications Zap emails each member of the specified group within Less Annoying CRM, including a link to a Mural and the brainstorming deadline.

Voting Notice

• Purpose: Notify participants of the start of voting for favorite topics.

• Trigger: The Coordinator clicks a Zap button within the What Matters Now Topics table.

• Action: The Send What Matters Now Voting Notifications Zap emails each member of the specified group within Less Annoying CRM, including the voting deadline.

Voting Results

• Purpose: Notify participants of the group's favorite topics.

• Trigger: The Coordinator clicks a Zap button within the What Matters Now Topics table.

• Action: The Send What Matters Now Voting Results Zap emails each member of the specified group within Less Annoying CRM with a list of the topics receiving votes.
