Topic Setup

These are procedures for the Coordinator to create and configure the Mural board in preparation for brainstorming.

Create Topic Record

Role: Coordinator

  • Open the What Matters Now Topics table.

  • Click New Record.

  • Select the Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) group name from the dropdown list.

  • Enter the Host's full name in the Host Name field.

  • Enter the Host's email in the Host Email field.

Create Mural

Role: Coordinator

Click the Create Board button to trigger the Create What Matters Now Mural Board Zap, which uses a template to create the Mural and adds a Session ID and Mural Share Link to the What Matters Now topic record.

Configure the Custom Toolbar

Role: Coordinator

  • Open the Mural board.

  • Click the Custom toolbar icon.

  • Select Sticky notes & Test.

  • Click Enable custom toolbar.
