Voting Results Preparation

Once voting is complete, the Coordinator must download and process the results for distribution to the Participants.

End Voting Session

Role: Coordinator

  • Open the Mural identified by the Session ID.

  • Click End voting session.

Download Sticky Notes

Role: Coordinator

  • Type Ctrl-E.

  • Select CSV spreadsheet (sticky notes) and All content.

  • Click Download.

Conform CSV Field Names

Role: Coordinator

  • Open the CSV file.

  • Make sure there are columns labeled Text and Votes.

  • Save the CSV.

Extract Voting Results

Role: Coordinator

  • Upload the CSV.

  • Copy the Python dictionary output to the clipboard.

Update Topic Record

Role: Coordinator

  • Open the What Matters Now Topics Zapier table.

  • Paste the voting results to the Voting Results field.

Return to Voting Process

Open the .
