Check for a Session ID and Mural Share Link

Role: Coordinator

Open the What Matters Now Topics Zapier table and confirm the relevant record contains a Session ID and Mural Share Link. If not, complete Topic Setup.

Send Brainstorming Notice

Role: Coordinator

Click the Send Brainstorming Email button to trigger the Send What Matters Now Brainstorming Notifications Zap.

Add Topical Sticky Notes

Role: Participant

Procedures for adding sticky notes to the Mural are found in Using Mural.

Sort Sticky Notes

Role: Coordinator

• Brainstorming ends 48 hours after sending the brainstorming notice.

• Open the Mural identified by the Session ID.

• Select the sticky notes within the Brainstorming area, and use Mural AI to cluster by topic.

• Move the sticky notes to the Topic Clusters area of the Mural.

Summarize Sticky Notes

Role: Coordinator

Use Mural AI to summarize the sticky notes. Place the summary within the Summary area of the Mural.

Update Topic Record

Role: Coordinator

Copy and paste the summary into the Brainstorming Summary field in the What Matters Now Topics record.
