Given a topic and schedule, the Coordinator can proceed to Conversation Preparation.

  • The Host or Topic Selection process determines the purpose or topic of the conversation.

  • The Host is responsible for determining the conversation schedule (i.e., the date and time of the virtual interview deadline and plenary conversation).
